Eligibility Requirement For Tourist Visa

  • Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.
  • Visa Application form
  • 2 recent colour photographs (Photo Specification)
  • Personal Covering letter (For Employed-Plain paper/ Self-Employed-Letterhead)
  • Original updated Bank Statements with sufficient bank balance (last 6 months)
  • Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years
  • Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Other Investments etc. (Optional).

Document Required For A Tourist Visa

Attach the following documents with your original passport (valid for minimum six months):

  • One blank page for visa stamp
  • Photocopy of previously attained visa/s(if any)
  • Photocopy of first and last page of your passport
  • Photocopy of old passport, showing your travel history(if applicable)
  • Purpose of travel should be clearly mentioned in the New Zealand tourist visa application. Documents to be attached with visa application form include:
    1. Supplementary family form
    2. Form 1189 (If travelling to New Zealand for less than six months and if the said trip is self/company sponsored)
    3. Form 1025 (If sponsored by New Zealand citizen)
    4. **Both must be duly filled and signed.
  • Two recent passport size photos(should not be more than 3 months old)
  • With white background and without border
  • 60-80% face coverage
  • Size: 35mm X 45mm
  • Mention the name and Date Of Birth at the back of the photo
  • Photo should not be stapled/scanned and should not be used in any of the previous visas
